Water Bill Payment Options
Direct Payment
Direct pay is a bank to bank automatic payment process handled by the City. Payments are automatic from a checking or savings account and will debit the desired account(s) on the 10th(or closest business day) of every month.

To setup direct payment print and complete the Direct Payment Form. Mail or return the completed form and voided bank document to the Water Department Office at City Hall.

Online Payment (Click here to pay your bill online.)
Online payments are processed through our ePayment provider IntelliPay. Through IntelliPay you can make a one time payment or setup an automatic payment schedule. You can pick the day of the month for automatic payments and use checking, savings, or credit/debit cards for payment. You'll need your account number and name as it appears on your bill to setup an account.

Drop Boxes
Payments can also be dropped off at three outdoor drop box locations:
  • City Hall on 3rd Street across from Smokey Bear Park
  • City Hall on 4th Street across from Trustar Federal Credit Union
  • City Water Shop at 1801 1st Avenue East next to South International Falls Post Office
