| All City license applications are applied for through the City Administrator’s Office. Contact the Administrator by calling 218/283-9484 or by E-mail at rodneyo@ci.international-falls.mn.us. |

| You can also download a printable PDF here. Once you've printed the document, fill it out and either mail it or turn it in to the City Administrative office at 600 4th Street, International Falls MN 56649. |
| General City License |
- Contact the Administrator’s Office for the license application. The following must be supplied:
a. Full name
b. Residence address
c. Marital status and spouses name if married
d. Business trade name
e. Business location
f. Minnesota ID number/Social security number
g. Type of ownership
h. Names of officers, partners, or proprietor
i. Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance coverage
j. Payment of fee
k. Liquor license applications also include a State application to fill out and you must have proof of Liquor Liability Insurance.
- The City License Committee reviews the new license applications and recommend to the City Council to approve or deny.
