  1. Mayoral Proclamation establishing October 2018 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month (Council action)
  2. Resolution No.
    -18 application and permit for a 1 to 4 day temporary on-sale liquor license for Koochiching Aging Options on November 30, 2018 at the Backus Community Center (Council action)
  3. Request approval of Year 2019 license renewals that may include tobacco and/or liquor applications, as presented (Council action)
  4. Appoint Dustin Helgeson as a Part-time Police Officer effective October 16, 2018 (Council action)
  5. Approve Resolution No. __-18, PERA Declaration for Dustin Helgeson (Council action)
  6. Consider easement/agreement with Koochiching County for gate, security fence, and use of portion of City of International Falls property adjacent to Transfer Site, Steve Shermoen (Council action)
  7. Approve 2019 Renewal of Life Insurance policy with Sun Life with no change in rate schedule (Council action)
  8. Approve 2019 Long Term Disability Insurance policy from The Hartford as proposed (Council action)
  9. Set permanent office hours for the Administration and Building Inspection Departments to 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday –Thursday and 7:00 A.M. to Noon on Fridays (Council action)
