  1. Award purchase of new 2021 Ford E-450, Type III, Horton 533 Ambulance to Premier Specialty Vehicles (PSV) for cost of $178,604 after trade-in of 2014 Ambulance, payable from Ambulance Fund Capital Outlay (Council action)

CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present. Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda. (Council action)

  1. Approve Employee Assistance Agreement between The Sand Creek Group, Ltd. and the City of International Falls effective March 15, 2020 to March 14, 2022 and authorize signatures
  2. Approve/allow necessary expenses for staff to attend a League of Minnesota Cities 2020 Safety and Loss Control Workshop

 

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Approve Resolution No.
    -20 approving the International Falls Bass Championship application and permit for a 1 day to 4 day temporary on-sale liquor license for the Annual International Falls Bass Championship Tournament held August 27-29, 2020 at Smokey Bear Park, 600 Third Street, International Falls, (Council action)
  2. Approve Resolution No.
    -20 approving the International Falls Bass Championship application for exempt permit to sell raffle tickets, with the drawing to be held Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Smokey Bear Park, 600 Third Street, International Falls (Council action)
  3. Set public comment period to review the draft Public Right-of-Way ADA Transition Plan for streets and sidewalks (Council action)
  4. Approve Temporary Easement Agreement between Ulland Brothers and the City of International Falls and County of Koochiching subject to approvals on behalf of the Airport Commission (Council information/action)
  5. Review recommended steps, fine, and timelines for blight enforcement activities and direct staff to prepare necessary ordinance amendment(s) for first reading on March 16, 2020 (Council information/action)
  6. Any other business.
