  4. Approve Resolution No.
    -18, approving application for exempt permit for Borderland Alano Club to sell raffle tickets with the drawing to be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 (Council action)
  5. Approve Airport Grant for 2018 Runway Reconstruction, Phase I Design & Construction, Phase II Design, 2018 Pavement Rehabilitation and Snow Removal Equipment and authorize signatures (Council action)
  6. Approve Resolution No. __-18, Resolution Setting the Terms for an Election on a Local Option Sales and Use Tax to Finance Transportation and Public Infrastructure Projects (Council action)
  7. Approve Amanda Steffen as Camp Host at City Beach for 2019 (Council action)
