Rental Licensing
Tenants, landlords, and the City all play a role in the implementation of rental housing requirements. The City of International Falls and International Property Maintenance Code require all rental properties in International Falls maintain a valid rental license. The code also establishes minimum standards for the use and safe occupancy of dwellings to protect, preserve, and promote the physical and mental health of its residents.
Please complete the Owner and Management Information Form for your rental business and a Structure Information Form for each of your rental properties. We ask that you return the complete application forms to our office together with the appropriate license fee(s).
