October 31, 2018 Committee-of-the-Whole

 

NOTICE

 

The City of International Falls’ City Council will meet as a Committee of the Whole on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at the hour of 1:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 600 4th Street, International Falls, MN. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the following, time permitting:

  1. Fire/Rescue/EMS Dept. discussion as part of Phase Two Study, Mike Metro.
  2. Ordinance amendment for property owners to be responsible for water/sewer utility bill
  3. CDG proposal and status of Comprehensive Plan, Land Use/Zoning Regulations, and Subdivision Ordinance Amendments and pending Housing Study report
  4. Other business.

The meeting will include a quorum (three or more) of the members of the City Council; however, no official actions of the City Council shall be taken.
