CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present.   1. Authorize travel and work expenses for the Street Commissioner to attend WSN offices in Alexandria, MN on June 12 and 13, 2019

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Discuss Midcontinent Communications (MIDCO) letter received May 22, 2019 regarding the recent elimination of Canadian station CBC from Winnipeg, Manitoba (Council information/action)
  2. Approve engagement letter from Van Iwaarden to provide GASB 75 Services for the City of International Falls (Council action)
  3. Acknowledge resignation of Calvin Turban, Maintenance Worker I, with last day of employment May 31, 2019 and authorize hire at the discretion of the Public Works Dept. supervisors (Council action)
  4. Schedule Committee-of-the-Whole meeting at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, June 17, 2019, to hear 2018 Financial Statement audit findings from Schlenner Wenner & Co. (Council action)
  5. Any other business.
