March 2, 2020 City Council Special Meeting Minutes
4:30 P.M.
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of International Falls, Minnesota, was held to meet in closed session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on Monday, the 2nd day of March 2020, at the hour of 4:30 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilors Buller, Ditsch, Krause and Mayor Droba.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Councilor Nelson.
OTHERS PRESENT: City Administrator Ken Anderson.

CALL TO ORDER and CONVENE CLOSED MEETING |
Mayor Droba called the special meeting to order at 4:35 P.M. Mayor Droba announced that the City Council would proceed into a closed meeting session with the above listed persons present to conduct a performance evaluation of the City Administrator. The meeting will be closed at his request. MOTION by Councilor Krause to recess the open meeting and move to close the meeting to conduct a performance evaluation of Kenneth R. Anderson, City Administrator, per Minnesota Statute, 13D.05, Subd. 3 (a). Motion seconded by Councilor Ditsch and carried unanimously. |

RECONVENE OPEN SESSION

MOTION by Councilor Krause to adjourn the closed session at approximately 5:24 P.M. and reconvene the open session of the City Council special meeting. Motion seconded by Councilor Buller and carried unanimously. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Mayor Droba explained the City Council will continue the performance evaluation at a special meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 4:30 P.M. when the full City Council can be present.
Mayor Droba adjourned the meeting at approximately 5:24 P.M. |
