NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING
The International Falls’ City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 600 Fourth Street, International Falls, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment concerning the proposed completion of construction of 22nd Street from 2nd Avenue (T.H. 53) east approximately 1000 feet to a proposed cul de sac at the east end of the dead end road and construct approximately 300 feet of Main Avenue south from 22nd Street. A portion of the project cost will be special assessed to the affected property owners. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed construction will be heard at the meeting.
