  1. Resolution No.     -2021 terminating the COVID-19 Local Emergency (Council action)
  2. Rainy River International Full-Scale Response Exercise – Willi Kostiuk, Koochiching County Emergency Manager (Council information)
  3. Approve agreement for contracting Athletic Director Services effective July 2021 through June 30, 2022 (Council action)
  4. Consider Ordinance No. ____, 5th Series amending Ordinance 26, 5th Series to correct the legal description of the land being annexed to the City of International Falls (Council action)
  5. Human Resource Committee recommendations:
    1. Allow advertising to fill the vacant full-time Paramedic position (Council action)
    2. Recommend hiring Robert Heinlen to the Public Works Maintenance Worker I position (Council action)
