  1. Consider Second and Final reading of Ordinance No. 44, 5th Series amending Ordinance 26, 5th Series to correct the legal description of the land being annexed to the City of International Falls (Council action)

CONSENT AGENDA  The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present.  Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda.  (Council action)

  1. Consider road closure request for Holiday Parade (start 6:00 p.m.), use of Smokey Bear Park, and fireworks on Friday, November 26, 2021 –  Robert & Andrea Pastor, Rainy Lake Medical Center (Council action)
  2. Acknowledge promotion to Sergeant position, as presented by Chief Michael Kostiuk (Council information)
  3. Approve airport grant agreements (Council action)
  4. Consider request to replace 2011 Tandem Dump Truck- Ted Brokaw, Public Works Director (Council action)
  5. Consider expenditure from Park/Recreation Fund 211 for Zamboni batteries – Ted Brokaw, Public Works Director (Council action)
  6. Resolution No.    ­ -2021 approving application for exempt permit for International Falls Figure Skating Club to conduct a raffle on March 27, 2022 at Bronco Arena, 1515 11th Street ( Council action)
  7. Resolution No.     ­-2021 approving application for exempt permit for Bucks Safety Process, Inc., to conduct a raffle on November 16, 2021 at PCA, 400 2nd Street (Council action)
  8. Public Works Committee recommendation:
    1. Authorize Public Works Director to request quotes for the Vactor garage plumbing upgrades (Council action)
  9. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendation:
    1. Consider Vacant Building Registration Application and fee schedule (Council action)
  10. Human Resources Committee recommendation:
    1. Appointment of a Human Resources/Safety Director for the City of International Falls (Council action)
