CONSENT AGENDA  The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present.  Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda.  (Council action)

  • Allow/approve necessary expenses for three public works staff to attend the MnDOT Fall Equipment Expo in St. Cloud, October 5-6, 2022

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Acknowledge Letter of Commendation presented to Investigator Joshua Mastin (Council action)
  2. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendations:
    1. Approve Minnesota Rural Water Association (MNRWA) funding to cover engineering costs for the Water Treatment Plant rehabilitation project and adopt Resolution No. __-2022 providing for the issuance and sale of a $772,000 temporary general obligation water revenue note, series 2022A, and pledging net revenues for the security thereof (Council action)
    2. Approve keeping City Beach closed for the remainder of 2022 due to flood damage (Council action)
    3. Approve appointing Kelly Meyers as the Local Government Unit (LGU) for the City and approve the Natural Resources Service Proposal as presented by Bolton & Menk for Wetland Conservation Act Administration (Council action)
  3. Public Works Committee recommendations:
    1. Authorize completion of the preliminary design phase of the 5th Ave E & 15th Street Lift Station rehabilitation, as presented by Bolton & Menk (Council action)
  4. Any other business.
