  • Approve 2024 Life and Long Term Disability insurance renewal – no rate change

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Consider Resolution No. __-2023 approving application and permit for a 1 day to 4 day temporary on-sale liquor license for Koochiching County Food Access for fundraiser to be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 1525 2nd Ave West (Council action)
  2. Consider Resolution No. __-2023 approving application and permit for a 1 day to 4 day temporary on-sale liquor license for BPO Elks 1599 International Falls for their annual Corn and Brat feed to be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 215 3rd Street (Council action)
  3. Consider Resolution No. __-2023 approving application for exempt permit for International Falls Education Foundation to conduct a raffle with the drawing to be held on January 4, 2024 (Council action)
  4. Approve Order of Removal or Repair of the hazardous building located at 1101 9th Street and authorize signatures (Council action)
  5. Approve hiring three part-time EMT’s (council action)
  6. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendation(s):
    1. Approve Performance Review Policy (Council action)
    2. Approve Parks & Facilities Maintenance Worker job description and posting (Council action)
