SUMMARY OF INTERNATIONAL FALLS
SEWER USE REGULATIONS ORDINANCE
The International Falls city council adopted a newly revised sewer use regulations ordinance at the February 20, 2024 regular city council meeting. As required by Home Rule Charter City per Minnesota Statutes 410 a notice that the Code of Ordinances, Section 3-20, Sewer Use Regulation of the City of International Falls have been amended. Note that Section 3-20 (e) Building sewers and Connections, paragraphs (14), (15), (16), (17) and (18) have been amended. The ordinance provides the general regulations for sewer use as well as procedures guiding administrative responsibilities.
A copy of the ordinance in its entirety is available for inspection at the Administration Office, City Hall, 600 Fourth Street, International Falls, MN during normal business hours and on the City website:
Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 (noon)
