A special meeting of the City Council of the City of International Falls, Minnesota was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on the 21st day of May 2025 at the hour of
4:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Dill and Councilors Holden, Kalar and Wegner
MEMBERS ABSENT: Councilor Buller
| CONVENE CLOSED MEETING

MOTION by Councilor Wegner to recess the open meeting at 4:02 P.M. and move to close the meeting for the purpose of labor negotiations strategy with a quorum of the City Council present per Minnesota Statute § 13D.03, Subd. 1 (b). Motion seconded by Councilor Holden and carried unanimously. |
| RECONVENE OPEN SESSION

MOTION by Councilor Holden to reconvene open session at 5:22 P.M. Motion seconded by Councilor Wegner and carried unanimously.
Mayor Dill noted that no action was taken in closed session.
It was noted that the following were in attendance during the closed session: Betty Bergstrom, City Administrator, Mike Kostiuk, Chief of Police, Susan Hanson, Labor Attorney, Chelsea Nelson, City Attorney, and Sherri Stensland, Human Resources. |
