Special City Council Meeting

Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 600 Fourth Street         

 

Roll Call/Call to Order 

New Business:

  1. Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting in accordance with Minnesota Statute § 13D.05:
    1. 2(b) for the preliminary consideration of allegations against an individual subject to the City Council’s authority; and
    2. 3(b) for seeking legal advice for liability exposure.
  2. Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
  3. Open meeting, summarize conclusions of the preliminary allegations against an individual subject to City Council’s authority, and consider action items on closed session business, if any.

 Adjournment
