  1. Resolution No. __-2025 Approving Home Occupation Intern Use Permit for a Home Cosmetology Salon (Council action)
  2. Adopt Resolution No. __-2025 approving application and permit for at 1 day to 4 day temporary on-sale liquor license for St. Thomas Aquinas Church for a Fall Banquet Fundraiser for the St. Thomas School scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2025 (Council action)
  3. Adopt Resolution No.     -2025 approving the St Thomas Aquinas School application for exempt permit to sell raffle tickets, with the drawing to be held October 11, 2025 at the St Thomas Aquinas Hall, 810 5th Street, International Falls (Council action)
  4. Adopt Resolution No.     -2025 approving the Friends of the Falls Fire Department application for exempt permit to sell raffle tickets, with the drawing to be held Monday, November 24, 2025 at the BPO Elks Lodge, 215 3rd Street, International Falls (Council action)
  5. Approve Andy Kittelson for the internal posting of the Heavy Equipment Operator position (Council action)
  6. Approve internally posting for the Maintenance Worker I/Equipment Operator (Plow Truck) position and if no internal interest, authorize advertising externally (Council action)
  7. Approve removal of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) from the active roster of the International Falls Ambulance Service due to inactivity (Council action)
  8. Appoint members to a committee to work with International Falls Recreation Hockey board members and other stakeholders for the future of Kerry Park Arena (Council action)
  9. Shape the future of Koochiching County: attend the county-wide forum – Councilor Pete Kalar (Council information)
  10. Discuss International Falls Ambulance Service (Council discussion/action)
