  1. Consider request to use Smokey Bear Park and co-sponsor the Home for the Holiday’s event – Andrea Pastor (Council action)
  2. Consider approval of the special assessment of the cost of Improvement for Bituminous Paving of 5th Avenue West between 19th Street and 20th Street – public hearing was held September 15, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. (Council action)
  3. Adopt Resolution No. __-2025 authorizing execution of Minnesota Department of Transportation “Airport Maintenance and Operation Grant Contract” No. 1060327 (Council action)
  4. Public Works recommendation(s):
    1. Approve interim pay adjustment for Assistant Public Works Director (Council action)
  5. Approve Derek Hell for the internal posting of the Maintenance Worker I/Equipment Operator (Plow Truck) position (Council action)
  6. Approve internally posting for the Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator/Sweeper) position and if no internal interest, authorize advertising externally (Council action)
  7. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendation(s):
    1. Approve renewal of 2026 life insurance provider – Sun Life (Council action)
    2. Approve T-Mobile for Government Cradelpoint R980 plan for the Fire/Ambulance department – Adam Mannausau, Fire Chief/EMS Director (Council action)
