  • Approve LMCIT Liability Coverage Waiver Form to not waive limits on Municipal Tort Liability and authorize signatures

 

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Consider approval of the agreement for Fire Fighting Services between the City of International Falls and Rural Fire Protection Association (Council action)
  2. Consider adoption of Resolution No. __-2026 authorizing the City of International Falls to submit information to the MN Public Facilities Authority (MPFA) and to enter into a grant agreement with the MPFA (Council action)
  3. Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Minnesota North College, Rainy River and International Falls Police Department – Scott Wherley, Police Chief (Council action)
  4. Legislation and Land Use Committee recommendation(s):
    1. Approve 2026 itinerant restaurant license for Teresa Moynihan dba Sugar Rush (Council action)
  5. Public Works Committee recommendation(s):
    1. Consider engineering proposal for Riverview Blvd (West Side) Reconstruction – Jason Fisher, City Engineer (Council action)
  6. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendation(s):
    1. Consider approval of the Heat Illness Prevention Plan – Sherri Stensland, HR/Safety Director (Council action)
    2. Consider Joint Powers Agreement between the State of Minnesota acting through its Commissioner of Public Safety and the City of International Falls on behalf of its Police Department for the participation in the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task force – Scott Wherley, Police Chief (Council action)
