  • Approve/allow necessary expenses for two Public Works employees to attend the Lead & Copper Rule Revision Training Session scheduled for October 13, 2026 in Chisholm, MN
  • Approve/allow necessary expenses for Finance Officer Rud to attend the MN Rural Water Association Financing Your Community Projects Training, scheduled for November 4, 2026 in St Cloud, MN
  • Approve/allow necessary expenses for Finance Officer Rud to attend the MN Rural Water Association Wastewater Financial Planning Training, scheduled for December 8, 2026 in Gilbert, MN

 

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Acknowledge and accept letter of retirement from City Administrator (Council action)
  2. Consider approval of Memorandum of Agreement between United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the International Falls Police Department (Council action)
  3. Consider 2026 itinerant restaurant licenses:
    1. Farias Enterprises, LLC dba Barajas Mexican Bar & Grill (Council action)

  4. Approve 2027 Group Medicare Employer Plan (retiree insurance) renewal – Sherri Stensland, Human Resources/Safety Director (Council action)
  5. Consider and appoint Election Judges for the Tuesday, November 3, 2026 General Election (Council action)
  6. Adopt Resolution No. __-2026 a resolution opting to increase the benefit level for Firefighters who are vested in the Statewide Volunteer Firefighter Plan (Council action)
