  1. March for Life, January 23, 2027 – Elizabeth Pendergast (Council information)
  2. Adopt Resolution No. __-2026, Receiving and Filing Petition for Vacation of Avenue in the City of International Falls, International Falls Business Park, by Roche Properties II, LLC (Council action)
  3. Adopt Resolution No. __-2026 accepting bid and awarding contract for the Water Treatment Plant Generator Project to Parsons Electric, LLC – Bolton & Menk, Inc. (Council action)
  4. Public Works Committee recommendation(s):
    1. Consider proposal to migrate current Web App Builder GIS applications within the ArcGIS Online platform (Council action)
    2. Consider quote from Meyers Glass for roof repairs of three park structures with funding from Fund 211 Parks & Recreation maintenance repair of buildings (Council action)
  5. Committee-of-the-Whole recommendation(s):
    1. Consider appointing Deputy City Administrator Lisa Riggs as Interim City Administrator (Council action)
