  1. Call to Order
  2. Roll call
  3. Motion to Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real or personal property under Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(c)(3) facilitated by Chelsea Nelson, City Attorney, Betty Bergstrom, City Administrator and Lisa Riggs, Deputy City Administrator
  4. Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
  5. Open meeting and summarize discussion
  6. Adjourn

 

The meeting may include a quorum (three or more) of the members of the IFEDA Advisory Board and the City Council, neither of which will take any official actions.  The IFEDA may take official actions at this meeting.
