CONSENT AGENDA  The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present.  Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda.  (Council action)

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Consider request to begin the application and testing process to create an eligibility roster for the Police Department – Mike Kostiuk, Chief of Police (Council action)
  2. Consider State of Minnesota Contract DPS/SFM SWIFT Contract No. 270657 for hazardous materials (HAZMAT) response team effective July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027 and authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the contract (Council action)
  3. Discuss correspondence from Auditor Ryan Schmidt, Schlenner Wenner & Co (Council information/action)
  4. Any other business.
