Roll Call/Call to Order
New Business:
- Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting for the purpose of conducting a performance evaluation of the City Attorney with the full City Council present per Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(a).
- Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
- Open meeting and summarize conclusions regarding the evaluation, and consider action items on closed session business, if any.
