- Adopt Resolution No.__-2025 application for exempt permit for I.A.M.A.W. Local W33 to conduct a raffle on October 10, 2025 at Bob Walls Memorial Union Hall, 509 3rd Street (Council action)

- Consider approval of Public Works excess property list and allow sale through McLaughlin Auctioneers, LLC (Council action)
- Update on Stenberg Addition project – City Engineer Jason Fisher (Council information/action)

- Consider approval of moving the roller hockey rink to the outdoor rink at Kerry Park (Council action)
- Consider approval to allow Rainy Lake Pickleball Association to resurface and convert the roller hockey rink section of the outdoor facilities on 19th Street and 2nd Avenue East into three additional pickleball courts- at no cost to the City (Council action)
- Consider approval for the International Falls Ambulance Service to conduct an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification class beginning October 2025 through March 2026 (Council action)
- Consider approval of the Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) Policy in accordance with legislative updates (Council action)
- Consider approval to submit an application to MN OSHA Safety Grant for funds to purchase cameras for City Hall and the adjacent parking lot (Council action)
