A special meeting of the City Council of the City of International Falls, Minnesota was held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building on the 21st day of July 2025 at the hour of 4:30 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Dill and Councilors Buller, Holden, Kalar and Wegner
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
| CONVENE CLOSED MEETING

MOTION by Councilor Kalar to recess the open meeting at 4:32 P.M. and move to close the meeting for the purpose of conducting a performance evaluation of the City Attorney Chelsea Nelson with the full City Council present per Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, Subd. 3(a). Motion seconded by Councilor Wegner and carried unanimously.
Others present: Betty Bergstrom, City Administrator and Sherri Stensland, Human Resources / Safety Director. |

MOTION by Councilor Buller to reconvene open session at 4:49 P.M. Motion seconded by Councilor Holden and carried unanimously.
Mayor Dill stated that the performance evaluation of City Attorney Chelsea Nelson was concluded to be satisfactory, and the council is very happy with her performance in that capacity. |
