  3. Todd Ojala – council address in regard to employment benefits (Council discussion)
  4. Request approval of Year 2026 license renewals that may include tobacco and/or liquor applications, as presented (Council action)
  5. Approve 2026 regular City Council meeting schedule (Council action)
