  1. Adopt Resolution No. __-2026, Approving Transfers, Payment of Claims and Accounts Payable (Council action)

CONSENT AGENDA  The Consent Agenda allows the City Council to take action on routine matters by one motion that shall not be debated and shall be adopted by unanimous vote of those present.  Any individual Council member may remove an item from the Consent Agenda for discussion on the regular agenda.  (Council action)

  • Approve/allow necessary expenses for 2026 Public Works Training, as presented

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Consider first reading of contract ordinance setting water and sewer rates (Council action)
  2. Adopt Resolution No. __-2026 terminating the internal tax abatement and pledge of future tax revenues established by Resolution No. 20-09 and closing Fund 413 – Riverfront Improvement Fund (Council action)
  3. Consider committee recommendation for IT Managed Services and authorize staff to prepare a contract for City Council approval (Council action)
  4. Approve removal of a Volunteer Firefighter from the International Falls Fire Department (Council action)
  5. Any other business.
