Roll Call/Call to Order

New Business:

  1. Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting for labor negotiations strategy under Minn. Stat. § 13D.03, subd. 1(b) facilitated by Betty Bergstrom, City Administrator, and Sherri Stensland, Human Resources / Safety Director
    1. Collective Bargaining agreement for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #49 for the Public Works a& Administrative Office Staff
  2. Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
  3. Open meeting and summarize discussion.
