NEW BUSINESS

  1. Adopt Resolution No. __-2026 approving MnDOT State of Minnesota Active Transportation Grant Agreement No. 1062782, SAP No. 134-590-001 – Jason Fisher, City Engineer, Bolton & Menk, Inc (Council action)
  2. Adopt Resolution No.__-2026 application for exempt permit for I.A.M.A.W. Local W33 to conduct a raffle on October 9, 2026 at Bob Walls Memorial Union Hall, 509 3rd Street (Council action)
  3. Approve memorandum authorizing Koochiching County to publish the required notice regarding the proposed revision to FEMA flood hazard information on the City’s behalf  (Council action)
  4. Consider application of ONX Companies LLC formerly Koerter’s Amoco for 2026 gasoline and cigarette licenses (Council action)
  5. Acknowledge and accept CDL Training Grant from JET Talent Development Program in the amount $10,000 (Council action)
  6. Consider request to hire for the Equipment Operator position (Council action)
  7. Consider approval of revised job descriptions (Council action)
  8. Any other business.
