City of International Falls Awarded MNDNR Community Tree Planting Grant

We're excited to announce that the City of International Falls has been awarded a Community Tree Planting Grant from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

This grant will help fund the replacement of trees in public spaces across our community, enhancing shade, beauty, and environmental benefits.

This project focuses on replacing trees that have been removed due to disease, storm damage, or decline. New trees will be planted in public rights-of-way, parks, and other city-owned properties.

We are confirming proposed tree replacement locations with the public.
