- Act by motion of majority vote to recess to a closed meeting for labor negotiations strategy under Minn. Stat. § 13D.03, subd. 1(b) facilitated by Betty Bergstrom, City Administrator
- Collective Bargaining agreement for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #49 for the Public Works & Administrative Office Staff
- Adjourn closed meeting session and reconvene in open meeting session.
- Open meeting and summarize discussion.
