Online Payment
Online payments are processed through our ePayment provider Xpress Bill Pay. Through Xpress Bill Pay you can make a one time payment or setup an automatic payment schedule. You can pick the day of the month for automatic payments and use checking, savings, or credit/debit cards for payment. You’ll need your account number and name as it appears on your bill to setup an account. Click here to pay your bill online.

Payments can also be dropped off at four outdoor drop box locations:
- City Hall on 3rd Street across from Smokey Bear Park
- City Hall on 4th Street across from TruStar Federal Credit Union
- City Hall on South Side of Building Below Bulletin Board
- City Water Shop at 1801 1st Avenue East next to South International Falls Post Office
