ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) training is designed to teach the skills and strategies to increase survivability during the gap between the time a violent incident occurs and law enforcement arrival. Sergeant Justin Franz is a licensed ALICE Instructor and is available to train businesses and organizations in this area. The training is a mixture of classroom instruction, drills, and scenarios which help prepare participants for incidents that have become unfortunately more common.
